Akc Puppy Deposit Contract

Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully and understands that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of oklahoma, in the county of muskogee.

The buyer agrees to register the puppy with akc within 60 days of receiving the akc registration papers via mail or online and that this transfer will be recorded in the name of the party listed on this contract. If the puppy is found to be in unacceptable health, a written statement from the veterinarian. We breed for best quality of health and temperament according to standards set by akc.

If for any reason you cannot fulfill this contract your deposit will be refunded when your puppy is sold. Reserve dog with a 25% deposit. The date the puppy was purchased

A puppy cannot be reserved without completing the puppy application form and receiving the deposit. Limited registration in no way prevents this puppy from participating in any akc event except for the conformation ring. Completion of a basic obedience class with a new puppy by 12 months (1 year) of age.

The akc does suggest that agreements between individuals should be in writing that clearly states all obligations and circumstances and that all parties should receive a copy of the agreement. Agree to abiding by and signing a legally binding health contract for the puppy/dog. The buyer also agrees that this puppy will not be registered with any other registration service other then the american kennel club.
